When goods are in transit, the responsibility falls to the courier company. No. According to Australian health regulations, once the products have left the pharmacy (even if they are unopened) they are no longer considered to be in saleable condition. Therefore for safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchange any products that have left the pharmacy.
