There’s been a lot of talk lately about peptides and there ability to reverse the effects of aging. With claims of increased muscle mass, increased energy and vitality, improved skin elasticity, reduced wrinkles, advanced cellular regeneration and improved sleep, It’s no wonder peptides have been called “the future of regenerative medicine”.

What are Peptides?

Peptides are the building blocks of proteins, made up of short chained amino acids that are naturally found in the body. Used as hormone and signalling molecules for biological pathways, more than seven thousand naturally occurring peptides have been identified and can be highly specific and targeted, producing extraordinary results. Since the body is already accustomed to peptides, they are synthesised more naturally without the potential side effects linked with steroids, human growth hormone (HGH) or testosterone. The combination of peptides CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin is often used to maximise the potential benefits, when used together, they work synergistically to enhance Growth Hormone secretion.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

CJC-1295 provides a sustained stimulation of Growth Hormone release over an extended period, while Ipamorelin provides a more immediate and short-lived burst of Growth Hormone. This combination approach aims to create lean muscle development whilst promoting fat loss. Other benefits can include increased bone density, stronger immunity and faster injury recovery.

Age Backwards

In the beauty industry peptides have been known and used regularly for a long time, but it terms of using peptides internally to reduce the affects of ageing and even age backwards is relatively new. The use of peptides in skincare, collagen peptides and topical creams containing peptides have all been associated with improved skin health, but now peptides have been recognised as assisting with the full affects of ageing. Many health issues related to ageing are being treated with peptides to address the root cause.
